Fixed-scope advisory work for the people who buy, sell, certify and assure ammunition and energetics. Start with a triage review, then escalate to a defined product only when the value is clear.
Every engagement can start small. The triage review is the gate; each step credits into the next, so you only spend more when the first step has earned it.
Each product has a fixed deliverable set and an entry price from the published ISC rate card. Final scope and fee are confirmed after a triage review, and the triage fee is credited against the product.
For companies selling ammunition, energetics, weapons, demilitarisation, storage, packaging, QA or safety services into NATO and European procurement.
For primes, agencies, investors, importers and procurement teams assessing a supplier or a target.
For factories, project teams, procurement teams and training organisations carrying WOME responsibility.
Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. EUR and USD are available at the European Central Bank reference rate for clients invoicing outside the UK. All work is quoted and confirmed in writing before it starts.

ISC is not a broker, agent or reseller and holds no supplier commissions. A due diligence report can, and sometimes does, advise against a supplier or a bid.
All advisory work uses open-source, unclassified material. ISC does not handle classified information or export-controlled technical data, and flags where you need that route.
Outputs are professional advisory products, not legal advice, export-control determinations, or formal certification. Where those are needed, the work says so plainly.
The simplest way to begin is the fixed-fee triage. It tells you whether a larger product is worth commissioning, and the fee credits against it if it is.
