ISC Defence Intelligence is a UK-based independent WOME (Weapons, Ordnance, Munitions and Explosives) consulting practice led by Steve Sawyers MIExpE VR. The practice provides specialist technical advisory across the full lifecycle of NATO-aligned defence programmes: AQAP-2110 and STANAG 4107 compliance auditing, ammunition hazard classification under AOP-7, cross-reference quality assurance, explosive ordnance safety case development, and procurement support for NSPA and bilateral acquisition programmes. ISC operates with no supplier affiliations, working for government agencies, prime contractors, and international programme offices that require independent WOME expertise. With formal MIExpE qualification and applied experience spanning NATO STANAG qualification, DSA OME regulatory frameworks, and WOME supply chain assessment, ISC provides technical depth that generalist defence consultancies cannot deliver in the energetics and ordnance domain.
